Cancellation & Refund Policy – Yes Solar System
At Yes Solar System, we strive to deliver high-quality solar products and seamless installation services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations or refunds may be accepted for our products and services.
1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be made through our official support channels (Email / WhatsApp / Customer Care).
- Once the product has been shipped or installation work has started, cancellation will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the order is cancelled within the allowed time period.
- If eligible, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For UPI/Bank Transfers, processing time depends on the customer’s bank as well.
- If the customer cancels after product dispatch, logistics & handling charges may be deducted.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Custom-built or specially ordered solar kits.
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation by a third party.
- Installation charges once the work has started.
- Government subsidy-related delays (since these depend on government processing).
4. Warranty & Service Support
- All products come with standard manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty claims will fall under the manufacturer’s policy, not the cancellation/refund policy.
- Yes Solar System will assist in warranty claims as per our support guidelines.
