- Installation-based solar systems may take additional time due to site visits, technical inspections, and scheduling.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

- For bulk orders or commercial shipments, custom shipping rates may apply.
4. Order Tracking

- Record a short unboxing video for warranty & support purposes.
7. Installation Scheduling
- For solar systems requiring installation, a technician from Yes Solar System will contact you within 24–48 hours after delivery.
- Installation date & time will be scheduled as per customer convenience and technician availability.
8. Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to:
